Culture is not a service line we added recently. It is woven into who we are, through our team, our hiring, and the way we plan every event we touch, whether or not culture is the reason you called us.
Listen first
Understand whose Country it is, whose story it is, and who needs to be part of the conversation before anything is planned.
Consult from the outset
Traditional Owners and community are engaged at the beginning, not handed a finished plan and asked to approve it.
Plan protocol in, not on
Welcome, Acknowledgement and ceremony are designed into the program from the first draft, with the time and budget they need.
Pay and credit properly
Cultural contributors are paid professional rates and credited by name, on the program and in the room.
Brief everyone
Every supplier and crew member knows what is expected of them before they arrive on site, not once they are there.
Hold the line on the day
Sensitivity is maintained through delivery, including with media and film crews who may not know the protocols.
Debrief with community
The debrief goes to community as well as the client, so the relationship outlasts the event itself.
