Originally from Cologne in Germany, Britta has lived and worked in Darwin, Northern Territory for over 27 years. She began her Northern Territory career in 1996, as European Marketing Coordinator for the internationally successful Aboriginal band Yothu Yindi. Britta has a Graduate Diploma in Business Administration (majoring in Marketing and Finances) from the Business Institute of Cologne. She also has a vast network of contacts throughout Australia’s Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander communities, as well as in government, the private sector and media. Britta is a volunteer Honourary Consul of the Federal Republic of Germany in Darwin.

Marijana co-founded Agentur in Darwin in 2006 and spent almost twenty years as a Founding Director. On 1 January 2026 she stepped away from the company and moved to Split, Croatia. Agentur carries on in the same capable hands, with the same care, creativity and commitment. We are grateful for everything she built here, and we miss her.

EventsAir certified meeting planner with a Master of Tourism, Hotel and Event Management (UQ) and over five years’ experience delivering large conferences and corporate events. Her background spans the Darwin and Gold Coast Convention Centres, Tourism and Events Queensland, and the Office of the President (Philippines). Recognised for Guest Service Excellence (STAR Brisbane 2025), Nyza combines operational precision with a people first approach, supported by her academic experience teaching Event Management at UQ.

With over 13 years of experience in event delivery and digital solutions, Nate brings a unique blend of creativity, strategy, and technical fluency to the events industry. Specialising in digital engagement, Nate has led the design and implementation of custom registration platforms, branded microsites, and dynamic event communications. His background spans major immersive activations, cause led campaigns, and large scale corporate events, combining website design, coding, graphic design, and marketing automation to craft seamless attendee experiences.

Toni moved from Germany to Darwin in 2024, bringing with her a decade of diverse experience in the events industry, which she began in 2014. Events have always been her passion, and she knew from an early age it was the only path she wanted to pursue. Completing an event management apprenticeship in Stuttgart, she went on to work across festivals, concerts, stage shows, and touring productions. Since arriving in Darwin, she has expanded her expertise into conferences, food festivals, sporting and community events.

Muskaan, originally from Tanzania, arrived in Darwin as an international student and has truly come to appreciate the vibrant community. From starting as a first year accounting student to gaining experience in various job roles, her journey highlights the power of change. Muskaan has also explored networking and marketing, which has boosted her confidence and broadened her skill set, demonstrating that every small step can lead to meaningful progress.

A long term resident of Darwin, Jaime-Lee joined the team in May 2023 to support Agentur’s rolling calendar of events. She has a passion for hospitality and events, with experience that highlights all Darwin has to offer. Jaime-Lee’s event experience covers all things festivals, fashion and racing, including management and production. She has worked for both the City of Darwin and the City of Palmerston in the events space, along with many other prestigious businesses in the Northern Territory.

Romana is a Bundjalung and Mununjali woman from New South Wales who grew up in Darwin. Over sixteen years she has focused on planning, hospitality and volunteering, aligning with her passion for making the world shine brighter through engagement with others. Romana is actively involved in implementing appropriate cultural protocols when working with diverse First Nation groups, and is the person you want making sure every stakeholder is looked after and every issue is solved. She also works with Drag Territory as a Backstage Assistant and Stage Manager.

Based in Palmerston, Maya joins Agentur as a NXT Gen Creative Intern, bringing a foundation built in fast paced, people facing work across retail, hospitality and reception. She has worked as a Retail Sales Associate at Intersport Darwin, a Receptionist at LJ Hooker Darwin and a Senior Bartender at Monsoons, building a knack for rapport, calm under pressure and keeping things running smoothly. Having just completed her Tertiary Enabling Program at Charles Darwin University, Maya brings that energy and people first approach to hands on event coordination and creative production.
