Originally from Bosnia and Herzegovina, Marijana has been living and working in Darwin, Northern Territory, Australia for over 12 years.
As one of the Managing Directors of Agentur Pty Ltd, Marijana has extensive experience in professional conference and event management in the Northern Territory. She has developed an intricate understanding of the cultural issues and protocols when working with Indigenous People and recognizes the importance of consultative, collaborative and negotiated processes. As a result she has developed extensive networks with traditional & urban Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people & communities that are based on respect and trust.
Marijana is responsible for the artistic & creative direction of the events that Agentur produces. She has as a great ear for music and a fine eye for graphics.
Marijana is a Certified Event Manager with accreditation through the PCO Association.
Marijana and her Tennant Creek born partner, have 3 little sons San (5) and Levin (2) and Massimo (3 months).
Marijana is also skilled in milking cows and even though she has a naturally hot blooded Bosnian temperament, at events, she is always unflappable!

Originally from Cologne in Germany, she has lived and worked in Darwin, Northern Territory, Australia for over 16 years.
She began her Northern Territory career in 1996, as European Marketing Co-ordinator for the Yothu Yindi Band. She has successfully coordinated the 2012 Order of Australia Association National Conference in Darwin, the bi-annual Indigenous Economic Development Forum 2007-2011, 2011 National Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Education Conference. She also produces large scale events such as the National Indigenous Music Awards in Darwin and the Lasseters Camel Cup in Alice Springs.
In December 2009 Britta was appointed the Honorary Consul of the Federal Republic of Germany.
Britta has a vast network of contacts throughout the Northern Territory Indigenous communities, as well as in government, the private sector, and media.
She has a Graduate Diploma in Business Administration (majoring in Marketing and Finances) from the ‘Business Institute of Cologne’.
Britta is a Certified Event Manager with accreditation through the PCO Association.
Together with her partner Alan, Britta has a 9 year old wild and dangerous son called Lennon. She loves working together with Marijana on exciting and meaningful projects and is committed to the expansion of their Agentur business. Britta does her grocery shopping at Greenies and is happy when she has a holiday booked in the near future and is able to spend her free time at the horse stables.
Jutta joined the team in January 2011 and ensures that project finances are strictly monitored and kept in order. Jutta has a background in international tourism and has previously managed her own NT tourism operation.
Juliet is our Events assistant she has experience coordinating a range of events including corporate conferences, social functions and festivals. Juliet grew up on the Central Coast in NSW. Having completed a Bachelor of Business Administration majoring in Hospitality Management from Macquarie University she has been working as a Marketing and Events Coordinator for the past 2 years.
Juliet loves to travel and recently got back from spending two months working at an orphanage in Tanzania.
Stan provides the majority of Agentur graphic design & printing services. With Stan’s graphic arts and design qualifications from Leeds, UK, he has built up a team with a range of skills in design and photography and vinyl applications.
